The process is simple: just gather the donated phones or tablets, box them up, print a free prepaid shipping label, and either schedule a FedEx pickup through the link below or drop the package at your nearest FedEx location.

Our data destruction process complies with DOD, HIPAA, and NIST standards to ensure complete data removal from all devices, including any external storage. This includes both manual hard resets and automated software-based data erasure systems. After this secure process, the value of each device is assessed and converted into donated books.
